Approach
I don’t believe in following a one-size-fits-all process. Every product is different, and the approach should be tailored to its specific needs. What truly matters is understanding the problem at hand and applying the right techniques based on its complexity and impact.
A critical part of my approach is being adaptable. Not every problem needs a deep-dive investigation, especially if its impact is minimal. It’s about balancing time and effort to focus on what will create the most meaningful results.
I start by identifying and understanding the problem deeply—what needs fixing, why it matters, and who it affects. This ensures I’m focused on solving the right issue.
Depending on the complexity and impact of the problem, I choose the techniques that make the most sense. Whether it’s user research, data analysis, or rapid prototyping, I’m flexible in applying the best methods for the situation.
I’m strategic about the time and effort spent on solving problems. High-complexity issues with low impact don’t always warrant deep exploration, whereas low-complexity, high-impact problems often take priority.
Throughout the process, I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Iteration and feedback are key, allowing me to refine solutions that are not only functional but also meaningful.

I’m constantly looking to grow, learn, and take on new challenges. My ultimate goal is to keep designing products that solve real problems and improve people’s lives.
